Room Hire

The Foard Williams room is our premier space for large functions and special events.

A beautiful function centre with polished timber flooring that opens out to a verandah and lawn area at the front of the Hub. It caters for up to 150 people, standing or 100 people seated (COVID restriction capacity limits may apply), and is equipped with a new and modern commercial kitchen. Facilities include:

  • AV system with projector and screen

  • lecturn

  • microphones

  • HDMI outlet

  • pinboard wall panels

  • tables and chairs


The Foard Williams room can also be divided into two separate spaces using moveable wall panels.


The Williams half of the room is accessed via ramp and has a kitchenette.


The Foard half of the room is accessed via ramp or stairs and has a separate commercial kitchen attached.

Commercial Kitchen


Our newly renovated commercial kitchen is attached to the Foard Williams function room.


It can also be hired separately and is a great space for workshops, demonstrations, or servery for a function. Room hires must bring their own cooking equipment such as platters, tongs, saucepans (must be induction friendly), containers, cling wrap, tea towels etc


Facilities include:

  • large stainless steel bench tops

  • two commercial dishwashers

  • two 90cm ovens

  • five burner induction hotplate

  • two conventional microwaves

  • rangehood

  • two overhead powerpoints

  • large double sink

  • two zipboil boiling water taps

  • portable urn

  • large double door commercial fridge

  • three mobile stainless steel benches

  • crockery and cutlery

  • beer, wine and water glasses

  • plastic water jugs

  • tea cups and saucers
