Join Kate for a hands-on baking class and embark on a delightful journey to master the secrets behind beloved French delicacies, choux (also known as profiterole), and éclairs. By the end of the class, you will have the skills to impress your friends and family with your homemade French desserts and gain a deeper appreciation for the artistry and precision behind these delectable treats. Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be made to in order to secure your place. Enrolments are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone, in person or online. Class places will be allocated strictly on a “first come, first served” basis so book early to avoid disappointment. Please retain receipt as proof of payment. Cancellations: If you want to cancel a booking we require at least 7 days' notice prior to the first session of the course. Refunds will be paid less a 20% administration fee. We will not refund after the start of a course or program. If you are unable some sessions of a course we may issue a refund or a transfer at the Coordinator's discretion on receipt of a medical certificate. If your course is cancelled, Trentwood at the Hub will refund in full.
