French Conversation

Suitable for students with 6 months to 1 year experience in the language, Join our small and friendly class and continue your language journey in this new class with Marie, a native French speaker.

Join native speaker Rosa for a fun and friendly introduction to Italian! This beginner-level class will guide you through the basics using a workbook and plenty of speaking practice in a warm, inclusive environment.
Mandarin to English 基础英语会话课程

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise ideal for older adults and all levels. Whether you’re new or have limited experience, our trained instructor Rob teaches techniques for arthritis management and fall prevention.

Chair Yoga

A supportive and friendly class that will help you gently tone and improve flexibility, strengthen your body, and ease mental tension and soothe the mind.
Strength and Balance (Chair Based)

A chair-based workout using resistance and light weight-bearing exercises to maintain bone density, muscle strength and general health and wellbeing.
Gentle Yoga

Classes are practiced with slow, controlled movements
allowing you time to move into each pose and adjust to your body’s needs. Yoga practice begins with relaxation and meditation to support your mind body awareness and connection. Suitable for all abilities.
Mums & Bubs Exercise

Ideal for Mums wanting to get back into exercise. Our program focuses on safe pelvic floor options, welcoming all fitness levels. Bring your babies along and enjoy a supportive environment while getting back into shape!
Acrylic Painting with Camila

Led by artist Camila Vargas Falla, this course will focus on painting captivating landscapes with birds, using photographs as inspiration. You will develop skills in drawing, perspective, colour selection, and mixing, as well as techniques to create depth, reflections, and spatial harmony.
Art Classes with Karen (All levels)

Develop your creativity and be inspired! Our experienced tutor teaches a variety of art mediums - bring your own project or be guided to explore with your medium choice including Drawing and Oil, Acrylic and Watercolour painting.
Artlinks at Warrandyte

Artlinks is a creative art group run by Access Health and Community. The group meets weekly at the Senior Citizens Centre in Warrandyte. It provides members of the community, with or without disabilities, the opportunity to get together, foster friendships, participate in art and craft projects, and have some fun!
Sewing - All Levels

Whether you would like to learn the techniques to start you off on your sewing journey or some professional techniques and finishes to take your sewing to the next level, this is the class for you! BYO sewing machine.

Trentwood Rendezvous to Write

Life writing topics, readings from published memoirs and stories shared by the participants will inspire group members to recall their own personal histories. This class is full for Term 4 2025 - Please email us at info@trentwood.org.au to express your interest!
Changing Directions Music

A program to encourage participants to explore their interests and develop skills through musical expression. Sing along to a guitar accompaniment. A great social opportunity for people with disabilities. You can access this program using your NDIS plan. Support item reference # 04_180_0136_6_1
$5 meals

This weekly class with our nutritionist Simone, guides participants through the preparation of an inexpensive meal for one. The food will be purchased and prepared together for participants to take home and enjoy. Access this program using your NDIS plan Ref: 04170013661T
Social Table Tennis 休闲乒乓球

All members of our community are welcome to come down and enjoy a casual game - you can join our friendly group and get great exercise at the same time.
