Improve your strength, flexibility and balance with slow, mindful, low-intensity, resistance and light weight-bearing Yoga inspired exercise. No yoga experience required. Standing and floor based, so please bring a mat. Suitable for ages 55+ NO CLASS MONDAY 31st OCTOBER DUE TO CUP WEEKEND
