Service Description

As we age, our bodies undergo physical, cognitive and psychological changes. In this class you will learn movements and postures designed to address these challenges by increasing strength, agility and balance, calming the mind and helping to manage overall wellbeing, thus helping one’s ability to remain healthy and independent for longer.
